This amazing Chinese porcelain water dropper measures 6 1/2" wide from spout to handle. This water dropper measures 5" in height. It is an off white color with blue spout and handle with flowers and branches extending towards the center. it is unbroken and in original condition. Unfourtanitly I cannot identify the maker, no markings or stamps.
Wonderful.
Maybe post it to a Facebook group for info?

Oh yeah - they are good over there. I'm in the group, too!
who assessed this why is this 15 century ?
How cool, I really find this interesting, thanks for posting.
well what did Facebook concluded, because i think this assessment is absolutely for 100 % wrong, actually i wonder if there is still value left , i think this is practically unsellable
I did give this a love because of its shape. However, I also question the “15 century” statement. Also, what is the purpose of a water dropper?
"A water-dropper (Japanese: ??, Hepburn: suiteki, Chinese: ??; pinyin: shu?d?) is a small device used in East Asian calligraphy as a container designed to hold a small amount of water. ... A water-dropper has two small holes for water and air, and is designed so that only a few drops of water can fall at one time."

I see….so the user obstructs the air hole with a finger, then when the air hole is unobstructed, the water is allowed to drip out, functioning as a pipette would but in a more attractive form.
Thanks!
i got still got one conclusion , this won,t run
