I have had this lamp in my home for over a year now and I no nothing of its origins.
It belonged to my grandmother who was born 1898 and she told us it was her aunts lamp who was born 1852.
In the 1970s I remember finding this lamp in a garden shed I brought in and spent some time cleaning it up. So even as a teenager I had a love for this old dear. I was really happy to have this for my home when my father passed away last year. I would be grateful of any information so as to know a little about it

it is a duplex lamp and was made in England. At one time it probably had a matching shade or one of the hand blown ones that a ruffled on the top.
