That screw cap collar would mark it as ca. 1950's.
it is a duplex made in England. You need to get the shade for it.
it is a duplex lamp and was made in England. At one time it probably had a matching shade or one of the hand blown ones that a ruffled on the top.
It is a banquet lamp and should have a glass globe on it in addition to the chimney. They usually came in pairs.
Put a black light on it and I bet it is vaseline glass. If so that makes it a rarer piece.
this lamp dates to the 1950's. They are fairly easy to date because they have a screw cap collar. Sorry but it isn't really old and has little value.

The pin on the back is a replacement; I can see the goop they used to attach it.
The stones are glass with foil backs. I have posted a shot of the back. The metal seems to be brass and some other base metal.
