I thought I would give everyone a look into my den. You see here many of the things which I have posted on CW. I do my research here and keep many other items in that big, white display cabinet. Every now and then, some items are "thinned" in order to make room for other, more interesting items. My jewelry workroom is just next door.
Thanks for looking!

Thank you for allowing me to see into your den Bonnie. It's lovely and uncluttered, and bright. You also have very eclectic taste, a wonderful sampling of things that are important to you.
In most of the photos you see of that scene from The Seven Year Itch, you don't see the crowd of people (read men?) straining for a look. Interesting too 'cos you can see the rails that the camera moved (rolled) on. Is Marilyn Monroe one of your favourites?
(Bonus - I can see the some of you in the reflection)
Whats for dinner ...lol Nice
Beautiful...so well organized and stylish...unlike my clutter...lol :)
GREAT STUFF!!!!
Gillian - yes, I have always loved Marilyn. I have more posters featuring her upstairs in my retro room.
Thanks for the nice compliment! (you ought to see my jewelry room...tis nothing like my den...lol!)
Windwalker - that's my big fridge/freezer. The other fridge is in the kitchen, which is next door...oh, and grilled hot dogs with coleslaw!
:-)))
Mike - you have clutter????
:-)))))))))
Thanks, Sean!
Ken - it is. This is an add-on room built sometime in the 1980s. The back door leads into the garden. There is a second kitchen/laundry room off of this room - my hobby room now. The cabinet was left to me by previous tenants in a rental house I lived in from 2003-2004. It's 7 feet and 7 inches long, 3 feet high and has four 3-shelf cabinets and four big drawers. I can light it up if I like, too. :-))))
Very nice post. Love seeing displays and getting ideas. They are all so very interesting and lovely in their own ways. Yours is very classy and I love it.
I don't know how you do it. :)
Very pleasant place to live in, quiet, tidy, and plenty of treasures to look :-)
Thanks for sharing your den :-))
