Brooch from this weeks yard sales

This pin is 10k. I am wondering about the age and what the mark stands for. I think it is maybe from the 20's based on the clasp but I'm not sure. If you know your stuff, let me know. Oh yeah...and I paid.......$1......for it.!!!
