Ok, so I cleaned it up some and got it moving. I put a glove in it and posted another picture The clip would be where my hand is and that would clip to a purse. Right?

I've been looking and these have a lot of similarities to others on the internet that are Turkish. I can't find anything about Turkish crystal though.
Ok, I took some new pictures of the signature.
I know a little boy that just inherited a red one like this from his great grand dad. Fabulous!!
