I found this is in Southeastern Georgia. The shop keeper claimed it was "100 years old". She provided no documentation, and none was needed.
It has leaded glass and one of the earliest know designs for decorative glass, the simple but beautiful tulip pattern. The window itself is "tongue in groove" and indicative of an early century construct. It was originally clear but the previous owner painted it.
