      Unusual and beautiful Font Holder (vase) on this "Parlor Lamp".....I don't think that the clear shade is original to the lamp. You should be able to find a similar flowered ball shade to match the base but it probably won't have the "puffy" decoration on this one. It's nice to find one with an original brass font and gallery burner. The reticulated base is also quite special. RER(BOB)

      Bob, thanks so much for the info on this. I specialize in early electric lighting and glass, but need a better education in oil lamps.
