South Australian Freya Povey lodged a design registration claim for a set of Koala Bear (sic) ornaments on Nov. 29, 1989. They are each individual, stylish and look at Australiana with a comic twist. She was born in 1945.

This is such a late 80s Australian look isn't it Kevin! There was that whole Australiana in colour thing going on with Ken Done and Jenny Kee and others.
I don't know of Freya Povey but had something similar back then.
It's still so appealing.

HI Kevin! Nice to see you! I saw this and it reminded me of a piece my daughter did in school. She doesn't like hers at all but I have it up on my shelf above my window.
