Vintage Singer Sewhandy Model 20 Child's Sewing Machine made in the 1950s. I guess this could be classified as a toy but it looks to be a fully functioning sewing machine.

This 50's version is the 20-10. They were made from about 1950 (the centennial edition is quite rare) until about 1960. There's no way to accurately date them closer than that unless they came with dated paperwork.
