Hand Painted Nippon dish with dish on top

I bought this at Goodwill today. It is very pretty but the moral of the story is: don't go out picking without your glasses. I thought it said "Herend" on the bottom and bought it without blinking at the $5 price. It is a very pretty piece I think but the paint is missing from part of the center dish.
