    Not sure where I got these but they are scissors with a case that has a ruler on the side. One side is missing something, maybe another pair of scissors? The handles are Brass I think, and have 3333 stamped on both sides. I'm looking for any info on these.

      Hi! It`s a desk set of british colonial administrator. Previously used as a kind of armor, but now produced in India as souvenir. In our museum we have three desk sets like that.       On the other end it was always a letter opener (dagger scissors).
