Every once in a while I come across something unusual -- like the front clasp of this romadka brother's trunk -- which is a corner latch -- well that's kinda funky in my trunk world! Nice tooled leather on the outside -- these bros made fabulous trunks!!! Also a bit strange -- those top slat clamps do not go onto the front or back slats which is the norm. They just sit on top not connected to anything. HUH! (hardware is all unique to the Romadka Brothers as they did not sell their stuff) -- hinges at back are similar to Martin Mair ones... act as stops to the back piece which are sturdy and handy and long lasting and I don't know why all trunks don't have them -- so practical.

T-man, what an incredible Romadka Bros. trunk. The tooled leather is incredible looking and the hardware on the Romadka Bros. trunks is always outstanding. This one is a true beauty! I don't mind telling you how envious I am right now!!
Well don't be too envious js... this hobby is getting wayyyyy out of hand... :)

How the hell did I miss this post! I was slacking Great trunk T-man I missed getting
this exact trunk about a year ago in long Island.The guy sold it 2 minutes before I called for $50. I almost puked.Wonderful trunk pal.
Thanks Drill - did not know it was romadka till I brought it home and researched those side latches which was what drew me to it - no more sleeping at the wheel or puking either for that matter...

Thanks Tman I asked greendog to forward an email about it to you as I picked up the same trunk actually today, its has a few differences between the two. It is posted now so the email is redundant if he hasn't sent it.
