Looks like a vintage trunk painted more recently, the painting has an 1980's feel to it. Just a gut feeling of course... Apparantly, the "Rewa" by the Whitehaven Co. was built and named as "Alice A Leigh" 1889 but renamed "Rewa" 1921. Already 1922 she made her last voyage after being used as a cargo ship and was sunked thereafter as a breakwater. http://mightyseas.perso.sfr.fr/marhist/whitehaven/wsbc/alice_leigh.htm
