This item is something I have never seen before....it is a wooden vase shaped box. It looks like a lovely portrait vase sitting on the shelf....but when the small Lady Bug button is pressed on the back it allows access to the hidden compartment inside. The feet and hinge on this look like brass or bronze and the interior wood looks like it may be Rosewood. It stands about 8 inches tall and is in working condition. The entire surface is covered in a patterned celluloid looking material and has the look of ivory. Any information about this would be greatly appreciated.
