    Pyrene fire extinguisher. Not sure the year this was made. Has a nice look to it. Needs a good cleaning.

      They made one called Pyrene in the 1910s. I have a Pyrene from circa the 1940s.
      So.... who knows. A search of the patents in Google Patents might help put a 'not before' date, but my circa 1940s version has a 1920s patent on it-- so know that patent dates cannot date an item.
