Selection of three interesting hammers. Clockwise from the top: paver's hammer used in setting and adjusting paving (cobble) stones, the head is 16" end-to-end; "dog's head" hammer used by saw, file, and knife makers; long tack hammer, although I don't know why it would have to be this long. These hammers are all hand-made but none of them have any maker's marks.
hey, uncle ron. not to hi-jack your post, but ive posted a few knives id love to hear your thoughts on, if you know anything at all about them. thanks 1 is fixed, 1 is a folder.
