Douglas Aircraft Seires The DC-8

Just to back up a bit. This is a series of 7" X 9" (or so) cards with a photo on the front and a description on the back. The set is all from 1955.
The DC-8 was an early jet airliner. At the time this set was made it was not yet in production. It was produced from 1958-1972despite the unfortunate square windows. Square windows tend to cause stress cracks due to the high pressures from the inside at high altitudes.
