Accurate Scale Western Germany 1945-1949

Another 25 pound scale but this one is from Western Germany. Western Germany is not quite the same as West Germany.
West Germany came into existence in 1949. Before that it was Allied occupied territory. Generally items from that area are marked "Western Germany". I also have a paper mache Easter Egg marked Western Germany.
After WWII Germany was in rough shape but hey did their best to make living thus this false front scale. Looks quite grand from the front but it was rather narrow. Other examples I have seen online have a larger bowl that went on top of the small bowl on top. At least this one does not take up much space.
