      Not exactly clear on this. Walter, (my great-grand father) was the father of Edna,(my grandmother's sister) who married Charles E Olsen who became a Rear Admiral.

      There are many letters. Sheer coincidence that I opened this one. The pencilled note was note was probably put there by my Grandmother, not by the receiptient.
