I'm excited, I just picked this lamp up. Label on the inside reads Silverware Products (Canada) Ltd, marked on the base SP and something else I can't read.
Not very much information on this company - may have been a distributing company rather than a manufacturer, operated in Toronto into the 1940s.
If anyone has more information on the company I would love to hear it!

That " 2 tone Glass " is actually called SLAG GLASS!!
Here is one from about 1930 with the the same mark but different lamp:
