    I am hoping someone can tell me something about this statue. I think budda is on top it has 2 dragons a fish and a woman with 10 arms.

      This looks like Guan Yin, also spelled QuanYin, seated on a lotus. The multiple arms denote a deities multi-dimensional existence. The smaller Buddha statue on top implies the buddhahead mental state. Every detail in Buddhism, from the items surrounding her, and in her hands will have specific meaning. It is a beautiful cast statue.
