One of my favourite zippos, I was given this lighter about 25 years ago . I have never delved into the historical significance.

This lighter was given to me about 25 years ago by a friend who acquired it
From a relative. Although I have never research the item, it sure seems to
Signal a bit of defiance from someone in the military surely not believing in the Vietnam war. Sure would like to know a bit more about it, I have never seen another. Thanks for looking.

Not all who went were gung ho warriors. They went bc their country asked even though they did not believe in the war. Like all wars, the old men plan them and the young fight them. (sort of a quote). Thanks for your post.
