As loetz.com says, these are called Ausfuehrung 170 in Loetz official terminology. They don't necessarily have to be three-handles and they are mostly not. This particular one has an interesting feature that makes it different from all other ones I have seen: all the fields have a flower in the middle, while the usual pattern is one empty field, one flower.
There is another feature worth mentioning: most people think that the handle tip problem is a result of damage through years, for example from cleaning. But here we can clearly see that the painted line goes away from a broken-off tip, which means that this happened in the production process.

yes yes yes, cool andy looks like tango is getting to you my friend! I agree with the tip, sometimes there is a scraping line just below the handle where no glass ever was
