My grandad mysteriously discovered this during a trip down to the beach. We believe it to be a type of telescopic sight, possibly for navigational purposes? It seems as if the scope would of been fitted to a tripod of some sort, but we're unsure.
It is dates 1915, bares the manufacturers name, and is marked with the crows foot.
If anyone has any further information or any ideas feel free to contact me!
