    The more I think about this label the more I think it was an auction label.
    I was given this when a friend passed away. He also gave a mantel clock a Seth Thomas.

      Bulldog, what I think you have here is a Waterbury "Willard No. 13". Although I haven't found an exact match or example, I did locate a Waterbury "Willard No. 14". See this link: http://www.justanswer.com/antiques/7ngdv-need-find-value-banjo-clock-made-waterbury.html. One of the experts answering the poster's question states that the label (very much like yours) refers to a Willard 'Scene No. 13'. I'll keep looking but right now I'm thinking that you have a Waterbury.
