The vases I found on the internet were all marked. None of mine are. Do you think the ones marked are reproduction?

I marked as solved. Just to think all these years and money on books that didn't know glass. Lol I spend less than 24 hours here and found out two mystery. Great site thank you all.
All my crackle glass books date the ones with metal flowere on the as late 1800's that's what I was going on. The deep ruffle on all the vases except the bud face are the only distinguishing factor ex...

What does the 13 mean?
There was a tag on the back that now I believe to be an auction tag that says Willard no. 13. Do you know how old this might be? I'm hoping 1920's because I have an old 1920's home I'm restoring lol
Shows on back Willard but still looking to see if anyone can tell me for sure.
Here are some better pics. I'll get a pic of the movement parts when I get the courage to remove the back panel, it's got a wooden panel that the movements are attached to.
