    Posted for Andy:

I know that at first glance this looks like a piece of cheap flea market rubbish. But let me try to convince you that this is a good and rare Loetz vase.
The original shape was documentedly designed by Josef Hoffmann: http://www.loetz.com/decors-a-z/titania/titania/titania-genre-5032
Then, with slight alterations, the shape was used for different decors into the 20s. The decor elements of this one are also based of Hoffmann. Around 1910 he produced several designs of single or multiple serpentining regular floral ornaments, which were stylized to different degrees, also found in Haida. The dotted element is also characteristic of Hoffman, see Ausf 142.
Apart from opaque Tango, Loetz used three transparent colors, the same glass quality as can be encountered with Moser or Meyr's Neffe: cobalt blue, dark violet and emerald green.
Thus my conclusion would be: a Loetz vase (polished pontil, 1 cm shy of 10'') from the period 1915-1920, a possible unknown Ausfuehrung (compare the blue example), a factory derivative from Hoffmann's earlier designs.

David, I have an example in the same decor; thanks for your thoughts on Hoffmann in relation to this design. https://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/211472-enameled-cobalt-blue-loetz-vase-pniii-35
