Here are a few examples of Tango Glas from the Czechoslovakian region Cir. 1918-1938. I'm trying to show how companies produced products that have similar features to each others; They presumably used some of the same formulas, suppliers, tools, artisans and techniques. If I were collecting only "Tango Glas" It would be hard to stick with just one glass house because so many original shapes and color combinations are out there made by many known and unknown producers. Loetz Tango has the most costly pieces because of the association between designers and the tango they produced, M Kirschner, H Bolek, D Peche, M Powolny, K Moser and more....
How to know who produced what? I look for the thickness of glass, the "ping" factor, the finishing of rims and bases, company records, but most of all shapes; and shapes that match other known decors
Guess by shape, be my guest...
