I need help identifying this liquor/wine bottle. under the base it say d-9 67G in a diamond 7 M-3211-8 federal law forbids sale or reuse of this bottle the is clear there a pontil mark no push up.

Neat liquor bottle. The diamond and "I" are for the "Owens-Illinois" bottle company of Ohio. They were very successful and produced a large number of bottles.

The "Federal law forbids..." statement is common from 1930 to 1970, but the best indicators are the codes. I think the 7 indicates the Alton, IL plant and 67 is for 1967, but it depends on the placement of the numbers. Check out the link for a guide.
On top of the G in the diamond. is D-9 to the left of the diamond is 67 to the right of the diamond is 7 on the bottom of the diamond M-3211-8
