    Hello again everyone

I just purchased this horse. The price seemed very right so he came home with me. It's hand carved maybe 4 feet in length, nicely carved with a beautiful little leather saddle. The seller thought it was from the 70s but I think I disagree. Can anyone else provide a guess on its age? I'd guess 50s and do you think it was once on a glider? The position of the legs and flat stomach lead me to believe so. By the way, in case you were wondering, he was 100 bucks with one of those little 30-50 dollar miniature rocking horses so I figure I did great

Thanks, I drove pretty quick once I saw the pictures. I think the saddle is just awesome and probably would have paid close to 100 bucks just for it. I'm used to seeing the English style saddle on these horses and when I saw a western one I knew it would be mine. The saddle is why I date it around the 50s. That and the seller said he got it from a 90 year old woman who's father got it for her as a child.
