    I can not find this online. I got this from a military enthusiast good friend and we both would like to know more about it. It looks like it may say 1914 on it. It is crank and an ear piece to hold up to your ear.

      The picture in use is not the same piece. The group of pictures shows a railroad tester that looks very close but ours is green for military.
