See page 201 of Petretti's Coca-Cola Collectibles Guide 12th edition. The price guide will tell you the value of a mint condition sign. It's a good one. Good luck.
Petretti's CocaCola Collectibles Price Guide is a good book! but condition will vary the price quite a bit.

I purchased Petretti's Price Guide 11th Edition and found our embossed tin sign valued at $950 for mint condition. Would you mind letting me know what it is listed for in the 12th edition?

Very few tin signs qualify for mint condition. Maybe a new old stock sign might fit. But truly it’s next to impossible to find a tin 1931 sign in mint condition. Just a FYI . Remember condition , condition,condition determines a value of these original old signs. In 20 years collecting except for NOS I’ve never seen this sign in mint condition for sale. But then again I’m just very picky.
Or just not lucky ????
