I've never seen this at a carnival - but it is an old carney item - A machine that electrocutes your hot dogs! What fun. With a flip of a switch you get sizziling dogs in only a few seconds.
This is a pretty simple machine - metal plated with enamel. Instructions are on a sticker. Lots of wiring in the back.
