Yes she's rusty but fully operational! She also has 232,000 miles on her!
I had said to another CW member a long time ago that I was going to work on getting her out and running again and after 15 years of setting and lots of tinkering I can jump in her and take off!
I plan to make more non-cosmetic improvements to it.I learned how to drive in this truck many years ago!If I restored it,I would have to replace everything,so I think I will leave the outside alone.Only adding a satin clear-coat to lock in the "patina" and restore the chassis/drivetrain/etc.,etc..
This truck was bought new in our small town by a relative and traded in in 1974,my dad bought it and the dealership he worked at used it as the shop truck(hence the push bumper)it is also a rare 8 foot long step-side bed,1 of about 8,000 made in 3/4 ton trucks.

    Thanks for looking and enjoy!
