This weekend I bought some props for my garage to go with my vintage car.

First up a pair of Shell oil tins, I think from 1960s or 70s. One is full and one is empty but I don't think I will be using the oil in my car.

Very nice. The color scheme is different than shell stuff I've seen so I poked around a bit. For sure came from your side of the pond. The only color scheme I could find like this was a rectangular can. It said it was from France but the wording was English.

Lots of X-100 stuff around but not like that. Nice find.

I bought a Shell oil can yesterday but it is in rather rough shape. Yours are quite nice.
