I received this trunk from my uncle. He said that it belonged to my great grandmother and he thought it came from Sweden. If anyone can help and give me more information that would be great!

American made early 1900's - 1920 flat top trunk-- now it very well could have come over from Sweeden as these were shipped for sale to Europe. Nice family heirloom... the cats look North American too but it's hard to tell without a close up....
Hi this looks a lot like the trunk I put up not long ago. Take a look at the lock and see if it says Eagle Lock Company Conn. If you check back in the last month, you will see it. Everything from the brass work to the handles looks similar. You will see the notes other folks put on there. How is the inside of your trunk? Mine is paper that has nail marks on it, so am going to take that out in the spring when I have time.
