A Saratoga trunk is not really a specific trunk per se but rather the "High End" trunks that makers produced (well to be more precise --fancy dome top trunks) They were usually more elaborate with leather covering expensive hardware and well detailed interiors similar to what some call a "Bride's Trunk". Yours is a nice example of a dome trunk but lacks the extras, in my opinion, that would make it the upgraded Saratoga version. Hope this helps and I welcome comments or corrections...
