Tall all white cased glass vase

I purchased this vase at a second hand store, I just really loved the simplicity and size of it, but I have been unable to find any information on the who,what,when and where it was made. I saw one similar picture of an all white cased glass vase on this site so I am hoping for some insight. The vase is 18.5" tall and has a large polished pontail on the bottom, but no signature that I can see. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !
