Vintage Mid Century Blue Lucite and Metal Candlesticks~Awesome shape, great color

Hello,
I bought these this afternoon. They're beautiful, color, shape, metal candle holder inserts, condition. From the wear on the bottom I'd guess that they date from around the 60's. They're made of Lucite, drilled out and fitted with silver tone candle holders that fit snugly but remove without difficulty. I've been trying to find out something about them without any luck, I'm curious.
They came from an estate that had a lot of interesting mid century pieces, a great collection of books, many beautiful antique woven piano shawls, some Scandinavian items, and vintage fishing gear. The color and shape of these captured my attention.
I'd love to know something about them and am open to any loves, looks, or comments.
