    I'm going to guess that this is late 19th or early 20th century - Japanese Imari. i could be far off though, so i appreciate any feedback. the piece is approximately 6 inches wide, by 2 inches tall. No chop. i guess it could be chinese too?

      I think Japanese and 19th at least. Although I'm getting an older feeling from looking at the bottom. Possibly 18th. :)
