This an early Loetz thorn , tube glass vase with that wonderful attached foot as mentioned in the 'Early Loetz Production' article (33.06) on Loetz.com...
It is a tall vase standing ...13.1/2 inches tall with the foot being 5 inches in diameter..glows 'loudly' under a black light.. and is in mint condition, which amazes me with it being so tall and so old.

Inky, I loved your post many months ago, but I didn't remember it. I think you are totally correct suggesting mine is from the same maker. The big difference is, mine is the "baby brother" to yours, LOL
