I would restore it myself but that's me, love it either way. I did see a restored one sold at auction for $1400 :)

You may have already learned this but, your car is a 1924 American National Buick. American National introduced this style of Buick in '24. The following year American National changed the front fender design on all their fendered cars.

I didn't know that but thank you we were not sure on the year or maker

Was it originally used as a barber chair?
    10. AmNatCars, 7 years ago
If there is no pedal mechanism underneath then it likely was. The American National Buicks were quite often used for barber chairs. At second glance at your photos, the seat bottom also looks to be raised/elevated. That was the case with the barber shop chair cars. What did you end up doing with the car?

If you do an "image" search on Google "American National Buick Pedal Car Barber Chair" you will see a really nice 1929 example painted in maroon with orange trim. The 1924 finish is describe in the American National catalog as: Pea Green decorated and striped in yellow and white. The 1927 catalog describes the finish as: Light Chrome Green with Forest Green panel, white and yellow striping. The trunk is traditionally black. The main thing to consider is "what do you like". You have to live with it so I would encourage you to choose colors that you can live with. The Google search results should offer you guidance on how the trim and striping looked originally.
