These have been handed down through many generations. They appear to be a fine china or porcelain I am not certain. I have not been able to locate any item with these characteristics. The hats remind me of the Red cross or march of dimes.. I am at a loss and will appreciate any help in identifying this pair. They are a little over 11inches in hieght,bthe width is up to 10 inches. They are in perfect condition. I have not located any markings. Thank you.
