Frog is 4x3x3 inches. There are ten small holes along the back and a plugged hole on the bottom (as for a salt shaker). There are no company or artist markings on the item. It was last used as a stick incense holder. Purchased in Republic, Washington.

Not for incense - hatpins, perhaps?

Not hatpins, not with a cork in the bottom, lol! (too early here)

      Potpourri?...:-)

Yep - I'm going with inky - potpourri container.

Different frog, but the same purpose:

I don't think potpourri container, the hole on the bottom is too small. It is about the diameter of a dime. Sugar shaker...have not heard of that...

Only one way to find out - wash/dry it out good and put some sugar in it. If it were mine, I would use it to hold Lavender potpourri.
