Just bought a vintage telephone sconce. Not sure of age??? Looked on Internet and came up with "wedge light", 1963. Looks old. It is a two sided lighted sign. Two bulbs inside top cover light the thick clear plastic pieces. "Telephone" word is etched into both sides of the plastic. Inside stamped into the aluminum is wording that reads,
Mc Philben MFG Co. Inc. Brooklin 37 N.Y. 45-3716-1.
I put on a cord to temporary light it. Should be hard wired into wall though.
If anybody can add information about this sconce, would be much appreciated.
