    This plate is too small to hold a 50 ct piece. it's really tiny! i wonder what it was used for and when it was made. no chops on the bottom.

      Geepers, that's minuscule. Can you add a photo with a quarter in the plate?

      Maybe a Salt dip they are small like that. I don't know Famille Rose very well 1890-1910 range if I had to guess but I think I am right about the Salt dip
