Hi CW Gang:
A Hanging Basket for Tealight -- made with plastic flowers and copper wire. Not sure it old or not and can find no marks. What I liked about it was has it was done by weaving copper wire - so must have taken some time to do. Kinda just a folk art thing that will look Great in the Summer !! I just think it looks really neat too. Basket it about 10 inches across
