Very nice piece great find
thanks again Master!
Nice find nice piece of Japanese imari. mark looks like the company Aoki, Arita porcelain made by Aoki Brothers Company they were founded in 1890. date wise 1890-1910 range. A charger for only $75 I would have got it whether I had room or not depending on the size and design $75 is cheap for a charger if it was a old one.
@grendel67 - Could you peek over sat this glass label in Japanese, can you make out anything?

Sorry to hi-jack your post ho2cultcha, just thought I would ask that question
thanks grendel! i figured it was Aoki. they actually back to the 1700s, i believe, but this mark might have been used during the time you mention. no problem antiquerose!
personally i think you are missing the point here, the question is did they split the fuku mark
i think this is early meiji
thank you apostata!
