I couldn't quite manage glass sheep so a flock of all sorts of glass in the colours of Christmas.

GlueChip, the vase you mention is Welz, the décor is Stripes and Spots and it comes in many colours.
The shape is one of a series of miniature hexagonal shapes, some more angular than others.
